Do you arrive at the start time of the party?
No, our team arrives 30 minutes before your scheduled event time to set up so everything is ready when the party begins.
Can each girl choose between a manicure or pedicure during the event?
No, the choice must be made at the time of booking. You’ll decide whether your group will receive manicures or pedicures, and we bring all supplies based on that selection.
How far do you travel?
We’ve traveled as far as 100 miles one way! Please reach out to us for a custom travel fee quote based on your location.
How many team members will you bring?
The number of team members depends on your package and group size. Typically, we bring between 2–6 team members to your event.
What is the largest group you can accommodate?
We can host parties for up to 18 kids.
Will my date be held if I haven’t paid my deposit?
No. A deposit is required to secure your party date and time. Until the deposit is received, we cannot hold your booking.
What do I need to provide?
All you need is a space for us to set up and the kids to pamper — we’ll bring the rest!
Can the girls eat during the party?
Yes, the girls may eat as long as we are still able to continue activities while they enjoy their snacks.
How long does the party last?
Most parties last between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the package and group size.
